Vulnerability Analysis — CVE-2017-11882 (MS Office) • Analyzed the memory corruption flaw in Microsoft Equation Editor leading to remote code execution • Reverse engineered the patch and identified the exact overflow primitive • Developed a fully functional PoC to achieve arbitrary code execution
2. Vulnerability Research — Linux Kernel • Analyzed Linux kernel vulnerabilities (e.g., Dirty COW, Dirty PageTable) through operating system internals and memory management • Reproduced exploits to understand privilege escalation mechanism
3. CTF Challenge Development — Ajou University (Whois) • Authored 3 userland pwn challenges focused on stack pivoting and heap exploitation • Authored 1 Linux kernel pwn challenge for educational and internal CTF use
